To create an engineering model of an existing space we use 3D laser scanning. This measuring method offers a highly accurate survey of the actual situation which can be further adapted in a 3D computer model. A 3D laser scan also offers a measuring method that is time and cost effective compared to taking measurements by hand or using drawings that no longer represent the actual situation.
